| On Media
Radio and newspapers talk up the subject. All in all, this seems like a good place to consider media efforts in this political hotbed. Checking out the AM dial, I stumble across Sean Hannity. Seemingly ubiquitous, Sean is droning on about the threat from all those protesters coming to New York City in the coming Republican Convention week. The strategic thinking behind his obsession is not all that clear, except perhaps to tar Kerry with the brush of those raging-drug-sodden hippie-lawbreakers. Sean isn't any different in Ohio than in California or North Carolina. It's like the conservative radio version of McDonald's. The menu doesn't change much. It's nonstop, monotonous anti-Kerry, with no semblance of balance or even artistic flair. The local radio announcers who do politics instead of country and western are like clones of Hannity, if only a bit less lovable.
Allergies Considered Leading Cause of Chronic Disease in U.S.
Over 50 million Americans suffer from allergies, and approximately 55 percent of all U.S. citizens test positive to one or more allergens at some time during their lives. As the sixth leading cause of chronic disease in the country, allergies cost the health care system about $18 billion annually. Allergy and sinus problems are the reason for over 15 million doctor office visits each year, and are the reason people with allergies and sinus conditions lose valuable time from work. Many people are now finding that Clear Sinus & EarĀ® by Clear Products, Inc.(TM), provides a natural alternative relief of allergy and sinus congestion and can be taken preventatively or when symptoms occur to help reduce moisture related health problems in the ears and sinuses. .
THE IVF INDUSTRY'S BEST-KEPT SECRET: SELECTIVE REDUCTION
One of the best-kept secrets of IVF is selective reduction -- killing one or more foetuses in the womb of a woman who is carrying twins, triplets or quadruplets. In a new book, "Everything Conceivable", Washington Post writer Liza Mundy describes how it works. She conducted an in-depth interview with Manhattan obstetrician Mark Evans, one of the few American doctors who is willing not only to do reductions, but to discuss them and rationalise them. Little is known about how widespread the practice is. Because of the growing number of pregnancies achieved with assisted reproduction techniques, including IVF and artificial insemination, there has been an explosion of high-risk multiple pregnancies. But no one keeps statistics on how many of these are "reduced". The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention publishes an annual report on fertility clinic outcomes, but not on this procedure.

Even, a Pushtun driver of Edhi ambulance, who were carrying an injured worker of Awami National Party to the hospital, was intercepted by the armed persons, and shot dead in broad day light. Here are some questions 1) Was this a calculated conspiracy to resort to ethnic clashes in Karachi? 2) Where does MQM stand now? Was this all made to happen because a huge rally in favor of the chief justice would decide that Karachi is not a MQM's city as it claims ? 3) Was MQM's announcement of a counter rally on the same day in line with democratic norms? 4) Who should be really held responsible for May 12 massacre? .
